As managing partner László Uzsoki has more than 20 years of experience in several areas of economic law. He also worked in multinational corporate environment during his attorney career. As legal director he managed the Hungarian and regional legal team of MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Plc for several years, when he was in charge of the legal support provided for the activities of MOL Plc and companies of the MOL Group in Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia and Ukraine. He contributed to the organisational restructuring aimed at separating the national and group level activities of MOL Plc, furthermore, participated in selling the share MOL had in the Algyő gas storage company.

He specializes in company law, corporate governance cases and M&A transactions. He has several years of experience in the field of capital market regulations applicable for public limited companies and also unbundling regulations governing actors of the natural gas and electricity industry.
