As managing partner L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Uzsoki has more than 20 years of experience in several areas of economic law. He also worked in multinational corporate environment during his attorney career. As legal director he managed the Hungarian and regional legal team of MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Plc for several years, when he was in charge of the legal support provided for the activities of MOL Plc and companies of the MOL Group in Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia and Ukraine. He contributed to the organisational restructuring aimed at separating the national and group level activities of MOL Plc, furthermore, participated in selling the share MOL had in the Algy\u0151 gas storage company.<\/p>\n
He specializes in company law, corporate governance cases and M&A transactions. He has several years of experience in the field of capital market regulations applicable for public limited companies and also unbundling regulations governing actors of the natural gas and electricity industry.<\/p>\n
Presently he is member of the supervisory board at several corporations and the Corporate Governance Committee of the Budapest Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n
He graduated in law at the University of P\u00e9cs in 1998. At ELTE Institute for Postgraduate Legal Studies he obtained European law LL.M degree in 2002. He also has an accounting qualification, his working language is English and Hungarian.<\/p>\n

She started her career at a law firm, then also worked in corporate multinational environment, dealing with different areas of the law. Her focus is economic law, especially company law and the legal support of national and international trade, in terms of which she gained considerable experience as the in-house legal counsel of MOL Group. She was engaged in the project supporting the separation of group level and local activities at the organisational operation of MOL Plc., as well as in drafting the standard agreements affecting the sector in the trading field of MOL Group.<\/p>\n
She graduated in law in 2004 and passed the bar exam in 2007. She has accounting and chartered accountant qualification. Her working language is English and Hungarian, she also has a language exam in Japanese. She is a mother of two.<\/p>\n
